About Nod & Slumber
Nod & Slumber started the way most sleep brands probably do: with someone who couldn't sleep. Late nights, early alarms, the kind of tired that coffee doesn't fix. The products we sell now are the ones that actually helped, the ones we wished existed in one place instead of scattered across a dozen tabs and reviews.
We're a sleep accessories brand built around one idea: better rest shouldn't require a $400 mattress or a subscription to a sleep-tracking ring. We sell the smaller, practical tools that make falling and staying asleep easier; sleep headphones for people who fall asleep to podcasts or white noise, 3D contoured eye masks that block light without pressing on your eyes, blue light filter glasses for the hours before bed when the phone is still in your hand, and calming sleep sprays for the pillow ritual that signals to your brain it's time to wind down.
We work with a small number of suppliers we trust, rather than manufacturing everything ourselves. That means we can focus on what we're actually good at: finding the products worth your money, testing them ourselves, and writing honest descriptions.
Who we're for
Most of our customers fall into one of two groups:
1. Some are already deep into optimizing their sleep, tracking it, reading about it, trying everything, and looking for tools that earn a place in that routine.
2. Others are just tired. Not chronically, clinically tired, just regular-life tired: too much on their mind at 11pm, a phone that won't stay down, a bedroom that's too bright or too loud. They need something that works and doesn't cost a fortune.
If that's you, this is who we built the store for.
What we believe
Sleep brands oversell. We've read the reviews complaining about it, and they're fair. So here's where we land: we're not going to tell you one eye mask will fix your insomnia. We will tell you which products we'd actually recommend to a friend, and which ones we'd skip. If something doesn't hold up, we'd rather hear about it than pretend it doesn't happen.
We're still early. We don't have thousands of five-star reviews yet or a wall of press mentions, just products we believe in and a habit of being straight with people about what they do and don't do.
